Hi Kevin, I've had a listen to three albums from Bill Barron (Tenor Stylings, Modern Windows and Hot Line) and really like all of them. I'm going to listen to the Barron/Curson stuff too - if memory serves correctly didn't Ted Curson play with Mingus for a while?

hey...hope all is well...quick question...about the shout box...are the # of shouts you give a track in any way related to the number of times it will play...when you listen to your library...? for instance...will three shouts make it play more often than one...? and will the number of collective shouts...from all listeners...influence how often a track is played...? peace, Jazzy

Baroque Jazz Trio is amazingly good. It's a kind of avant-garde jazz I like. That's a shame they recorded only one album. I'll definitely look for the Monk's records you recommended as soon as I come back home (probably in a week or so). Anyway, I hope you're having a good day!

I feel quite the same. It depends on my mood, the time of the day and even weather sometimes. Anyway Mingus, Hancock, Holliday, Gillespie, Parker and Coltrane are my beloved artists. By the way, thanks for accepting my friend request. I bet I can learn a lot browsing your library.
